为了满足电控喷油器喷油特性测试要求,研究设计了电控喷油器针阀升程的自动测量装置。在简要说明了电控喷油器的结构和工作原理的基础上,提出了基于激光传感器的针阀升程非接触式测量方法,构建了喷油器针阀升程测试系统,研究了测试系统的测量机理并完成了硬件和软件的设计。在高压共轨喷油试验台进行了测试试验,结果表明:该方法能较好地满足电控喷油器针阀升程测试要求。
In order to meet the test requirements of fuel injection characteristics of electronically controlled injector, the automatic measurement device of needle lift of electronically controlled injector is researched and designed. Based on a brief description of the structure and working principle of the electronic fuel injector, a non-contact measurement method of needle valve lift based on the laser sensor is proposed, a test system of injector needle valve lift is constructed, The measurement mechanism and the completion of the hardware and software design. Tests were carried out on the high pressure common rail fuel injection test bench. The results show that this method can better meet the test requirements of needle lift of electronically controlled injector.
