绒毛膜上皮细胞癌为女性生殖系统常见肿瘤,但男性原发颅内绒毛膜上皮细胞癌发病率极低。国内亦未见CT扫描报道。我院发现1例报告如下: 患者,男,14岁,左侧肢体进行性乏力1年,加重伴右眼胀痛呕吐1周。检体:左侧肢体肌力Ⅳ级,肌张力下降,左侧踝阵挛(+),双侧巴氏征(+)。 CT表现:平扫示右侧基底节区不规则形混杂密度影,大小约45×48×44mm,边界欠清,其内密度不均 Choriocarcinoma is a common tumor of the female reproductive system, but the incidence of male primary intracranial choriocarcinoma is very low. No domestic CT scan reports. In our hospital, one case was reported as follows: The patient, male, 14 years old, had progressive weakness in the left limb for 1 year and aggravated with pain and vomiting in the right eye for 1 week. Samples: left limb muscle strength grade Ⅳ, decreased muscle tone, left ankle clonus (+), bilateral Pakistan’s sign (+). CT manifestations: plain scan showed the irregularity of the right basal ganglia mixed density shadow, the size of about 45 × 48 × 44mm, the border is not clear, its uneven density
