The rejuvenation of trade through science and technology and transnational operations have enabled the economic and trade undertakings of Shanghai in the new century to enter the trend of economic globalization as soon as possible, and have become the consensus of relevant departments of Shanghai Municipal Government, foreign economic and trade enterprises, and economic and theoretical circles. The recent high-level seminar on this topic in Shanghai will increase the ability of foreign trade and economic enterprises to innovate in terms of system, mechanism, environment, and growth mode, and adapt to the new challenges under the new situation, and raise them to a new strategic height.
