在当前我国PM2.5和O_3为特征的大气复合型污染态势日益严峻的形势下,如何有效控制VOCs污染,解决由其引发的臭氧超标和其对二次粒子形成的贡献问题,已成为各级环境管理部门面临的重点任务之一。汽车制造业是挥发性有机物的排放大户,国内较多省份已针对该行业出台了专门的挥发性有机物排放标准,如何在标准实施过渡期内实施减排措施、实现达标排放是企业生存首要解决的问题。本文提出了源头防、过程控、末端治的全生命周期防治对策。
Under the situation that the current atmospheric pollution of PM2.5 and O_3 is characterized by increasingly severe atmospheric pollution, how to effectively control VOCs pollution and solve the problem of excessive ozone and its contribution to the formation of secondary particles has become an issue of all levels Environmental management department is facing one of the key tasks. Automobile manufacturing industry is the major emitter of volatile organic compounds. More provinces in China have issued special VOC emission standards for the industry. How to implement emission reduction measures during the transitional period of standard implementation to achieve discharge standards is the primary solution for the survival of enterprises problem. This paper presents the source defense, process control, end of the whole life cycle prevention and treatment measures.
