将色素注入静脉后收集鼻腔冲洗液检测其中色素的浓度,所含色素量代表鼻粘膜血管的通透性。血小板激活因子(PAF)作用于鼻粘膜局部后鼻腔冲洗液中色素含量增加且与PAF的浓度呈正比。与此同时,鼻腔冲洗液中组胺和白三烯C_4含量也上升。用PAF拮抗剂CV-3988预处理后再以PAF刺激,鼻冲洗液中色素、组胺和白三烯C_4的含量均不增加。提示PAF可引起鼻粘膜血管通透性增加以及组胺、白三烯含量增加,分别采用H_1受体拮抗剂苯海拉明和白三烯拮抗剂FPL-55712预处理后则对
After injecting the pigment into the vein to collect the nasal wash fluid to detect the concentration of the pigment therein, the amount of pigment contained represents the permeability of the nasal mucosa blood vessel. Platelet activating factor (PAF) in nasal mucosa after the nasal wash fluid increased pigment content and the concentration was proportional to PAF. At the same time, nasal irrigation fluid histamine and leukotriene C_4 content also increased. PAF antagonist CV-3988 pretreatment before PAF stimulation, nasal wash fluid pigment, histamine and leukotriene C_4 content did not increase.
