“Parking difficult ” has long become the focus of the public eye, the hot potato in the hands of managers, the nerve root in the body of the scholars. Although academics can be described as exhaustive on this topic, managers emerge in an endless stream of governance measures, parking seems more and more difficult for the general public. The author writes this article aims to introduce the two scholars on the issue of parking according to the original view, with a view to bring us inspiration. The two scholars criticized some of the current state of awareness of parking from different perspectives. Their common view was that parking in the city was like the opened Pandora’s box, bringing about various present-day catastrophes. However, if we think differently, Like recycling these disasters back into the box magically saves the entire city traffic. One scholar named Donald Shoup, the other called Hermann Knoflacher.
