对高温合金涡轮盘的锤锻工艺进行的数值模拟结果显示,原工艺设计可能导致某些成形缺陷。为此对原工艺参数、锻件图、模具形状和坯料形状进行了修改和优化。锻造实验证实,使用数值模拟方法进行的工艺优化是成功的。
The numerical simulation of the forging process of the superalloy turbine disk shows that the original process design may lead to some forming defects. To this end the original process parameters, forgings, mold shape and blank shape were modified and optimized. Forging experiments confirmed that process optimization using numerical simulations was successful.
