                                学校文化特质是体现不同学校间的质的差异性的集中表现与焦聚,学校文化对学校的发展,教师的成长,学生的精神气质的培养至关重要。学校文化是学校气质的照射,学校文化的高低在很大程度上决定了一所学校发展水平的高低。学校主要是以校长、教师、学生三大主体构筑的文化组织,校长、教师、学生在学校文化建设中分别承担不同的文化角色。与此同时,文化不是自生的,是人类在长期的生活中逐渐构建的,学校文化的建设须以校长为核心、以教师为主体、以学生为载承的三位一体,校长、教师、学生在学校文化建设中缺一不可。
