目的了解心电遥测盒的细菌污染情况,探索最佳消毒方法。方法选取某医院心血管科患者使用的心电遥测盒,观察采用无菌蒸馏水、速干手消毒凝胶、床单位臭氧消毒机消毒的效果。结果 3种方法消毒心电遥测盒,消毒效果均可达到III类环境物体卫生标准要求。经3种消毒方法处理后连续使用10人次,臭氧消毒机消毒的心电遥测盒细菌污染数明显减少。结论臭氧消毒机是3种消毒心电遥测盒方法中的最佳方法。
Objective To understand the bacterial contamination of telemetry box and explore the best disinfection method. Methods The electrocardiogram telemetry box used in a hospital cardiovascular department was selected to observe the effect of disinfection with sterile distilled water, quick-drying hand disinfecting gel and bed unit ozone sterilizer. Results Three methods of disinfection of ECG telemetry box, the disinfection effect can meet the requirements of Class III environmental health standards. After three kinds of disinfection methods for 10 consecutive use of disinfection, ozone disinfection disinfection of ECG telemetry box significantly reduced the number of bacterial contamination. Conclusion The ozone disinfection machine is the best method for the three methods of disinfecting ECG telemetry boxes.
