近年对免疫发病机理在间质性肾脏疾病中的作用引起了注意。现知,免疫病理损伤在间质性肾炎的发病机理上起着重要作用。体液和细胞免疫均可参与其病理损伤,造成相应的肾小管功能不全。
In recent years, the role of immune pathogenesis in interstitial kidney disease has attracted attention. Now that immune pathological damage plays an important role in the pathogenesis of interstitial nephritis.
