探讨干扰素-γ(γIFN)在免疫治疗中的作用。方法:以K562和MKN45人胃癌细胞为靶细胞,观察γIFN对TIL和LAK细胞活性的影响。结果:实验结果表明,γIFN明显增强TIL和LAK对两种肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性,并呈剂量-效应相关关系。结论:IFN作为免疫治疗的重要调节剂,有一定的应用前景。
To investigate the role of IFN-γ in immunotherapy. METHODS: K562 and MKN45 human gastric cancer cells were used as target cells to observe the effect of γIFN on the activity of TIL and LAK cells. Results: The experimental results showed that γIFN enhanced the cytotoxicity of TIL and LAK to both tumor cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: IFN as an important regulator of immunotherapy, have some prospects.
