以位于鲁西平原冠县毛白杨6.0hm2造林地为研究区,将土壤在水平方向按50m×50m分为24块样地,每块样地分为0~20cm,20~40cm,40~60cm三层取样,进行三维空间采样和室内土壤全氮含量测定,对土壤全氮空间分异规律进行研究。结果表明:研究区土壤全氮在林地尺度存在一定的空间变异;从研究区土壤总体分异状况看,土壤全氮含量范围是0.02~0.46gkg-1,总体均值为0.17gkg-1,三个层次土壤全氮含量分别为0.33±0.06gkg-1,0.14±0.04gkg-1,0.05±0.02gkg-1,全氮含量属于最低水平。三个层次土壤全氮含量变异系数分别为19%、32%、39%,变异程度属于中等变异水平,土壤全氮随着土层加深分异程度明显增大。土壤全氮含量在不同土壤层次水平变化复杂,0~20cm层西北高,东南部低,20~40cm和40~60cm两层变化恰好与之相反。研究结果可为毛白杨造林试验地布设、养分精准管理、确定合理采样数提供依据。
Taking the 6.0hm2 afforestation site of Populus tomentosa in Guixian County of Luxi Plain as the research area, the soil was divided into 24 plots in the horizontal direction of 50m × 50m, each plot was divided into 0 ~ 20cm, 20 ~ 40cm, 40 ~ 60cm Three-layer sampling, three-dimensional spatial sampling and indoor soil total nitrogen content determination of soil total nitrogen spatial variation law. The results showed that there was a certain spatial variability of soil total nitrogen in the study area. According to the overall soil differentiation status in the study area, the total nitrogen content in the soil ranged from 0.02 to 0.46gkg-1 with an overall average of 0.17gkg-1. Three soil Soil total nitrogen content was 0.33 ± 0.06gkg-1, 0.14 ± 0.04gkg-1, 0.05 ± 0.02gkg-1, and the total nitrogen content was the lowest. The coefficient of variation of soil total nitrogen was 19%, 32% and 39% at three levels respectively. The degree of variation belonged to the medium level of variation. The degree of soil total nitrogen increased obviously with the deepening of soil layers. Soil total nitrogen content varied in different soil layers. The 0-20 cm layer was high in the northwest, low in the southeast, and the changes in the two layers of 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm were the opposite. The results can provide the basis for poplar afforestation experiment, precise nutrient management and determination of reasonable sampling number.
