作者采用EMCB技术对3条实验犬所取得的9块右心室肥、14个心脏病人13块右心室肌和1块右心房肌标本进行了细胞TAP测定的可行性研究,检出率100%,成功率95%以上。实验犬TAP参数为APD_(50)200.7±15.2毫秒、APD_(90)267.7±16.4毫秒、RP-72.3±2.7mV、OS33.8±3.7mV、APA110.0±4.1mV和Vmax250.0±52.0V/秒,除APD外余参数均大于处死犬心室肌条标本。13例病人右心室肌细胞TAP参数APD_(50)212.5±27.1毫秒、APD_(90)320.0±35.0毫秒、RP-70.1±2.6mV、OS29.6±4.4mV、APA99.8±4.6mV、Vmax210.0±38.1V/秒、较偏低,且TAP曲线具有病理特征性的改变。本研究结果证明,经过一定的技术处理后,用活检所得的心肌组织作细胞电生理检查是可行的。
The authors used EMCB technology to study the feasibility of TAP determination of nine right ventricular hypertrophy (FVR) obtained from three experimental dogs, thirteen right ventricular muscles and one right atrial muscle from 14 heart patients.
