在课堂教学过程中,教师经常会遇到教学上的一些小问题、小困惑。这些小问题、小困惑如何处理,直接关系到教学质量的优劣。有部分教师置之不管,使自己在教学上的困惑越来越多,从而导致教学质量不理想。在减负提质的今天,善于并即时处理这些小问题,是提质不可缺少的一个环节。如何处理这些小问题呢?通过实践,我认为有这样几种途径:一、自我反思,思考问题的根源出现问题,要善于自我反思,寻找问题出在什么地方。如在负数教学中,让学生判断“最大的负数是-1”是否正确,约50%的学生判断是正确的,究其原因,在教学负数的意义时,方法出了问题,
