沈×男 21岁 1980年4月21日来诊。右眼视力自幼不佳,在阳光下格外怕光,近一年来眼胀痛,逐渐失明,但无红肿眼病史。家族无类似病史,父母非血缘婚姻,其母在孕期无热病史,个人史无特殊,体检和化验室检查除左侧单纯三度唇裂外其余无异常。眼部检查:视力,右黑朦、左0.2,J2,不能矫正。前房浅,kp(-)Tyndall氏现象(一)。2～4点、5～7点和8～11点三处均看不见虹膜,即11～2点、4～5点和7～8点等处可见虹膜组织瞳孔不圆,上方与下方虹膜之间有一桥状带相连,虹膜色暗,纹理尚清楚。右眼晶状体
