XCT-101型动圈式温度指示调节仪,以其体积小、重量轻、使用方便、价格便宜、维修量小、既能指示又能控温等优点,深受中小工厂、企业单位的欢迎,使用比较普遍,但是还存在一些值得注意的问题:其一:零位调节螺钉与给定针调节螺钉都在表盘的下方,相距又很近,使用时往往分不清。本来该调节给定针的可误调节了零位,有时想调节零位可误调了给定针,结果是将张丝调断,指针调歪,致使仪表无法工作。其二:给定针调节是用螺丝刀扭动螺钉通过螺杆机构来实现的,由于全部是机械传送,加之螺杆旋转不太灵活,所以当调节给定针时,用螺丝刀扭动螺钉,就显得比较费劲,如果调节次数过多,扭来扭去,必然会将螺钉的槽口扭毛,如果再调节给定针时,却无法进行。其三:仪表使用不方便,当仪表需要调节给定针时,操作工必须具备螺丝刀,否则,无法调节。
