随着素质教育的不断深入发展,大学体育在某种程度上也发生了变化,然而,在实际的大学体育教学中,学生参与的积极性不高,这样将直接影响到学生对体育的认知和了解,不利于他们综合技能的提升和健康发展。如何调动大学生学习体育的积极参与性成为高校体育教师尤为关注的问题。结合大学生的个性特征,从课程内容设置、实施以人为本的教育理念、建立体育俱乐部三方面来探讨大学体育教学中调动学生积极参与性的措施。
With the constant development of quality education, college physical education has also changed to some extent. However, the actual enthusiasm of college students in physical education is not high, which will directly affect the students’ cognition of physical education Understand, is not conducive to the improvement of their comprehensive skills and healthy development. How to mobilize the active participation of university students in physical education has become a particular concern of college physical education teachers. Combined with the personality characteristics of college students, this paper discusses the measures to mobilize students’ active participation in college physical education from three aspects: the content of the curriculum, the concept of people-oriented education, and the establishment of the sports club.
