火电机组的振动情况关系到机组安全运行。现役机组普遍配备了振动在线监测保护与故障诊断系统,并利用专门的网络设备构建了远程状态监测与故障诊断系统。分析了某电厂突发振动故障后,利用远程监测诊断系统搜集数据并分析诊断出故障原因,迅速给出检修处理意见并成功处理的案例。
The vibration of the thermal power unit is related to the safe operation of the unit. Active units are generally equipped with a vibration online monitoring protection and fault diagnosis system, and the use of specialized network equipment to build a remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system. After the sudden vibration of a power plant is analyzed, the remote monitoring and diagnosis system is used to collect data and analyze the cause of the failure. The opinions of the maintenance and repair are promptly given and the case is successfully dealt with.
