汉语,作为人类文化遗产的一部分,是丰富多彩的,它记录了中华民族数千年光辉灿烂的历史。改革,促进了科技进步、经济发展、文化交流,也推动了汉语的丰富与繁荣,这是令人欣喜的。但同时,在使用语言文字方面,尤其是新闻媒介在新闻报道中使用语言方面,还存在着一些问题,表现为:不适当的方言、江湖语言流行,已消亡或不用的古语词、繁体字回潮,借用外来语不慎重,译名不统一,语法、用字、读音错误等等。这些问题的出现造成了使用汉语不规范、不统一、不健康的现象,既破坏了汉语语言自身的发展规律,也对社会主义精神文明建设和现代化建设、对青少年的健康成长和全民族文化素质的提高有不利影响,是一个迫切需要解决的问题。为此,最近记者采访了著名语言学家张志公、许嘉璐、胡明扬等,他们呼吁:新闻工作者要科学正确地使用祖国的语言文字,积极推行语言规范化。
