我厂在精密铸造车间新安装的一套中频冶炼设备型号为DGF-R-102-2,中频发电机功率为100kW、电压750V、频率2 500Hz,有两台型号为GGW-0.15的中频感应电炉,该炉的倾炉机构为液压式。在炉子下方左右两角处有两个柱塞,柱塞底部进油处是两个钢质的管接头,当感应炉通电熔炼时,管接头也发热,10min后,连接管接头的橡皮管也被加热冒烟。而另一台同型号的中频炉没有这种异常状况。
