目的 观察芪瑞扶正胶囊对肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞减少症及细胞免疫功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法 按照随机对照原则,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,以量化评分标准为手段,观察患者外周血中白细胞计数、T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性、细胞因子IL-2等指标的变化。结果 与对照组相比,治疗组白细胞计数明显增加(P<0.05);T淋巴细胞比例、NK细胞活性和细胞因子IL-2分泌水平均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 芪瑞扶正胶囊能明显改善白细胞减少症患者的临床症状,减少化疗不良反应,调整造血机制,恢复造血,增强患者的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Qi Rui Fu Zheng Capsule on leukopenia and cellular immune function after chemotherapy in cancer patients and to explore its mechanism. Methods According to the randomized control principle, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The quantification score was used as a measure to observe the changes of peripheral blood leucocyte count, T cell subsets, NK cell activity and cytokine IL-2. Results Compared with the control group, the white blood cell count of the treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of T lymphocyte, NK cell activity and cytokine IL-2 secretion were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Qi Rui Fuzheng Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with leukopenia, reduce adverse reactions to chemotherapy, adjust the mechanism of hematopoiesis, restore hematopoiesis, and enhance the immune function of patients.
