8月中旬,中国西南民族研究学会第八次年会暨第二次全国藏学讨论会在拉萨召开,出席会议的西藏和北京、上海、四川、云南、贵州等地代表109人,代表中藏族44人,汉族42人,其他少数民族23人,一共有12种民族成份,西藏代表和藏族代表均居人数的首位。会议交流的论文共62篇,文化艺术类的论文24篇,占论文总数的三分之一以上,而且对藏文化艺术进行研究的论文还具有如下一些特点:
In mid-August, the Eighth Annual Meeting of China Southwestern Ethnic Studies Association and the Second National Tibetan Seminar were held in Lhasa. 109 representatives from Tibet, Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou attended the meeting, 44 people, 42 Han people, 23 other ethnic minorities, a total of 12 kinds of ethnic groups, Tibet and Tibetan representatives of the first place in the hierarchy. There were 62 essays exchanged in the conference, 24 essays in culture and art, accounting for more than one third of the total number of essays, and theses on Tibetan culture and art research also have the following characteristics:
