三江源地区生态保护与经济社会发展矛盾日渐突出,本文从三江源地区经济金融发展的实际出发,提出以开发性金融、补偿性金融两种途径来发展壮大政策性金融,为三江源地区生态、经济、社会协调发展提供积极有效的融资服务。
The contradiction between ecological protection and economic and social development in the Three River Source Region has become increasingly prominent.
