国外对上尿路结石的成分分析已有部分报道,国内较少,但对体外震波碎石术后之上尿珞结石用X线衍射和红外光谱等进行物相分析研究,国内外尚未见其具体报道。本研究对国人体外震波碎石术(ESWL)后之上尿路结石进行了物相分析。结果表明所检结石成分含一水草酸钙、二水草酸钙、α—草酸钙、β—草酸钙、羟磷灰石、水合磷酸镁铵、尿酸尿酐酸等。此方法及其所得结果对上尿路结石的理化性质、结构、病因、结石形成、结石类型、尿石的诊断、治疗效果的判断以及预防结石复发都提供重要的线索和依据。
Composition analysis of upper urinary tract stones abroad has been reported in part, but few in China. However, the phase analysis of upper urolithiasis after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy has not been seen in the world Specific reports. In this study, phase analysis was performed on upper urinary calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). The results show that the stone components containing calcium oxalate monohydrate, calcium oxalate dihydrate, α-oxalate, β-calcium oxalate, hydroxyapatite, ammonium phosphate hydrate, uric acid urinary acid. This method and its results provide important clues and evidences for the physical and chemical properties, structure, etiology, stone formation, type of stones, diagnosis of uroliths, judgment of therapeutic effect and prevention of stone recurrence of upper urinary tract calculi.
