目的观察一种新型复合碘皮肤消毒液的杀菌效果和毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该消毒液杀菌效果和毒性进行了实验室观察。结果该复合碘消毒液原液由有效碘含2 490mg/L、葡萄糖酸氯己定9 640mg/L与体积分数66.7%乙醇复配而成。以该复合碘消毒液原液作用0.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值均>5.00,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值>5 000 mg/kg·bw;其原液对家兔完整皮肤刺激指数为0,对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用。结论该复合碘消毒液能快速杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌,属于无毒级物质,对完整皮肤无刺激,无致微核作用。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect and toxicity of a new compound iodine skin disinfectant. Methods The bactericidal effect and toxicity of the disinfectant were observed in laboratory by quantitative suspension test and animal experiment. Results The composite iodine disinfectant solution from the effective iodine containing 2 490mg / L, chlorhexidine gluconate 9 640mg / L and the volume fraction of 66.7% ethanol compound formed. The complex iodine disinfectant solution for 0.5 min, the suspension Suspension Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa kill logarithm> 5.00, the killing of Candida albicans suspension in the logarithm> 4.00 . The mouse acute oral toxicity test LD50 value> 5000 mg / kg bw; its original solution on rabbits complete skin irritation index of 0, no micronuclei on the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes. Conclusion The compound iodine disinfectant can kill bacteria and fungi rapidly. It belongs to non-toxic substances and has no irritation to intact skin and no micronuclei.
