目的:了解我院工勤人员(包括护工、清洁工人)艾滋病职业暴露防护知识掌握和防护能力情况,预防工勤人员发生艾滋病职业暴露。方法:对我院74名工勤人员进行艾滋病职业暴露知识和防护行为问卷调查。结果:工勤人员艾滋病职业暴露防护知识掌握和防护能力等方面存在较严重的问题。结论:加强工勤人员培训提高工勤人员的防护能力,减少工勤人员发生艾滋病职业暴露的危险。
Objectives: To understand the occupational protection awareness and protective ability of workers on duty (including nursing workers and cleaners) in our hospital and to prevent occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS among service workers. Methods: 74 workers in our hospital for HIV occupational exposure knowledge and preventive behavior questionnaire. Results: There is a serious problem in knowledge of occupational exposure prevention and protection of workers in the field. Conclusion: To strengthen the training of workers on duty to improve the protection ability of workers on duty and to reduce the risk of occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS in workers.
