我院对2例确诊为尿毒症需长期维持性血透的患者进行了同种异体血管动静脉内瘘成形术,现报告如下。 同种异体血管由上海第九人民医院提供。制备采用冻于加辐射处理。以无损伤技术取下肢浅静脉曲张患者的大隐静脉主于无明显曲张的部分或青壮年新鲜尸体的下肢大隐静脉、股动脉或股静脉。热缺血在6分钟以内,置于4℃PBS中并冲洗排尽血管内血液,将所取血管套于管径相应的玻璃棒上,在-70℃速冻24
Two cases of uremia in our hospital diagnosed with long-term maintenance of hemodialysis patients with allogenic vascular arteriovenous fistula angioplasty, are as follows. Hot ischemia in less than 6 minutes, placed in PBS at 4 ℃ and flush drained intravascular blood, the diameter of the blood vessels set in the appropriate diameter glass rod, frozen at -70 ℃ 24
