回到亚当·斯密的市场理念,放弃凯恩斯主义的短期政策。中国这30年的变化,最重要的经验就是利用国际市场;未来中国发展的潜力,仍然是利用市场,扩大市场的规模。我们过去利用国际市场比较成功,但是国内市场开发做得不够,做内贸比做外贸还难。其实,中国国内市场的潜力是非常巨大的,中国人口占世界的20%,GDP已成为世界第二,许多省的经济总量已超过许多中等国家,中国31个省市自治区加起来本身就是一个全球。未来怎样开发国内市场,是中国经济持续发展的头等大事。

China’s 30 years of changes, the most important experience is the use of the international market; China’s future development potential is still to use the market to expand the size of the market. In the past, we used the international market more successfully, but the development of the domestic market did not do enough. It is still harder to do domestic trade than do foreign trade. In fact, the potential of China’s domestic market is huge. China’s population accounts for 20% of the world’s GDP and GDP has become the second largest in the world. The economic output of many provinces has exceeded that of many middle-level countries. The sum of the 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China is itself a global. How to develop the domestic market in the future is the top priority for China’s sustained economic development.
