MC68705R3是MOTOROLA 公司生产的M6805系列单片微机中的一种廉价芯片,其特点是片内除具有CPU、RAM、ROM、EPROM、I/O 等单元外,还有一个8位A/D 转换器,通过片内的多路选择开关可采集1～4路的模拟量,因此它特别适于用作程序容量不大,又需要有一般精度A/D 转换的测量控制系统的样机研制或小批量生产。由于片内已含A/D 转换,以此芯片为主体的系统在硬件方面的工作将进一步减少。下面先对此芯片作一介绍,再举一个采用此芯片研制成的恒温控制器的应用实例。
