一种面向普通家庭接收卫星广播信号的高效能平面天线,由日立化成工业公司和日本广播协会广播技术研究所研制成功。该平面天线长45cm,宽65cm,厚1.7cm,重量为4kg。在发泡聚乙烯底板上排列着768个面积为1cm~2的铜接收元件。能接收的信号频带为11.7~12GHz,即使在室内使用也不会降低性能。据称,高效平面天线比索尼和松下公司已商品化
A high-performance planar antenna for general household receiving satellite broadcast signals was successfully developed by Hitachi Chemical Industrial Co. and Japan Broadcasting Institute Broadcasting Technology Institute. The planar antenna is 45cm long, 65cm wide, 1.7cm thick and weighs 4kg. 768 copper receiving elements each having an area of 1 cm 2 were arranged on a foamed polyethylene base plate. Can receive the signal frequency band 11.7 ~ 12GHz, even if used indoors will not reduce the performance. Allegedly, highly efficient planar antenna than Sony and Panasonic have been commercialized
