近年来,南丹县委、县政府深入学习实践科学发展观,坚持以人为本,注重民生,努力解决好人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,谱写一曲感人的民生之歌。赢得抗大旱保民生的主动权去年8月以来,南丹县遭遇50年来最严重的旱情。该县立足当前,谋划长远,全力以赴抗大旱保人饮保民生。对旱情灾情提前作出研判,迅速作出在全县城区和几个重点乡镇兴修城区应急供水工程的重大决策,赢得了抗旱保民生保春耕的主动权。南丹县这一抗旱亮点,极大鼓舞了灾区群众战胜旱灾的信心,得到了国家防总的高度肯定。
