研究脊柱侧凸患者脊柱融合术前后脊旁肌功能的变化。记录 18例特发性脊柱侧凸患者行脊柱融合术前后和 15例健康受试者行 3个动作 (前屈、左右侧屈 )的 8个导联的肌电图信号 ,计算均数的平方根 (RMS)和中位频率 (MF)。结果脊柱侧凸患者的胸段RMS术前增高、术后降低 ,腰段RMS术后增高 ;术前胸段MF降低、腰段MF增高 ,术后这一趋势减弱。这些提示脊柱融合术使患者的胸段脊旁肌活动减少 ,腰段脊旁肌活动增加 ,两侧脊旁肌活动不平衡减弱 ,但未回到正常水平 ,这些可用于指导物理治疗师对脊柱侧凸患者脊柱融合术后制定康复计划。
To study the changes of paraspinal muscle function before and after spinal fusion in patients with scoliosis. Eight patients with idiopathic scoliosis were recorded electromyogram signals of 8 leads before and after spine fusion and 15 healthy subjects underwent 3 movements (flexion, left and right lateral flexion) Square Root (RMS) and Median Frequency (MF). Results The thoracic RMS of the patients with scoliosis increased preoperatively, postoperatively, and postoperative RMS of the lumbar segment increased. The preoperative MF of the thoracic segment decreased and the MF of the lumbar segment increased. This trend was weakened after the operation. These suggest that spine fusion reduces the activity of the thoracic psoas muscle, increases the activity of the lumbar psoas muscle, and decreases the imbalance of activity of the paraspinal muscles on both sides, but does not return to normal levels. These can be used to guide the physiotherapist in the spine Scoliosis patients after spinal fusion to develop rehabilitation plan.
