类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种以关节病变为主的慢性、全身性、自身免疫性疾病,病程长,不早期治疗病残率高。笔者从95.5～99.5采用中西医结合治疗36例RA患者,取得一定疗效,兹总结如下,供同道参考。1 临床资料 本组36例采用美国风湿病学会(ARA)1987年修订类风湿性关节炎诊断标准,全部符合诊断。年龄在23～56岁之间,平均年龄36.2岁,男性10例,女性26例,病程最短半年,最长21年,平均6.8年。住院患者15例,门诊患者21例,根据RA整体功能分级标准,关于功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级28例,Ⅲ级7例,Ⅳ级1例。
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, systemic, autoimmune disease predominantly characterized by joint disease. It has a long course of disease and does not have early-stage morbidity. The author from 95.5 ~ 99.5 using traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 36 patients with RA, achieved a certain effect, it is summarized as follows, for fellow reference. 1 clinical data 36 cases of this group using the American College of Rheumatology (ARA) in 1987 revised rheumatoid arthritis diagnostic criteria, all in line with the diagnosis. The average age was 36.2 years. There were 10 males and 26 females. The shortest course was 6 months and the longest was 21 years, with an average of 6.8 years. Inpatients were 15 cases and outpatients were 21 cases. According to the overall functional grading criteria of RA, there were 28 cases of grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ, 7 cases of grade Ⅲ and 1 case of grade Ⅳ.
