今年上半年,尽管股市有负众望,期盼中的千点反弹迟迟未现,但楼市和商品期货市场却是风生水起,炒作火爆。从去年下半年开始,一线城市楼价回升,并在今年一季愈演愈烈,呈现火热的炒作之态。在“楼市新政”出台后,虽然成交量顿减,但价格维持高位震荡的局面。从3月底开始,南京、苏州等部分二线城市,楼市也开始了快速上涨。
