近年来,我科对42例常规取节育环失败的妇女在电视透视下行取环术,效果良好,现报道如下.1、临床资料42例取环者年龄23～65岁,妇检子宫大小正常,均为多次取环失败者,其中38例是在乡卫生院及计划生育指导站取环失败,4例在我院门诊取环失败.术前均作B超检查,提示节育环位于宫腔内,其中24例发现环已断裂,绝经后要求取环20例,绝经2年以上18例;要求再生育而取环2例,月经量多或下腹疼痛取环14例;人工流产同时取环失败6例.
