一般制作等渗溶液时的計算方法不外以下四种: (1) 水点下降法; (2) 分子濃度法; (3) 与氯化鈉等渗溶液比較計算法; (4) 丹麦药典采用的等渗濃度曲线法。前三种方法在实用当中都比較麻煩,第四种方法虽較簡單,但图表多,而且只包括了一部分药品。最近有利用药物的容量值和氯化鈉当量計算法来制做等渗溶液的,因此法簡單易行,我們經过一段时期試用以后,証明此法計算較方便。茲介紹于下。什么是药物的容量值和氯化鈉当量?
