目的探讨消化内镜室控制医院感染流程优化管理的方法。方法从消化内镜室的建筑布局入手,按照《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范(2004年版)》的标准,优化消化内镜室日常管理、清洗消毒管理、人员管理等综合措施。结果 2008年4月至2009年12月,消毒后的内镜合格率为100%。结论制定符合医院实际情况的管理制度及优化消化内镜清洗消毒流程,强调清洗与清洁、消毒与灭菌、干燥与保存、监测与监督等诸多环节的重要性,使预防感染的措施具有可操作性、可控制性,达到医院消化内镜室控制医院感染流程的优化管理。
Objective To explore the method of digestive endoscopy room to control the optimization of hospital infection process. Methods Starting with the construction layout of the digestive endoscopy room, we optimized the daily management of digestive endoscopy room, cleaning and disinfection management, personnel management and other comprehensive measures in accordance with the “Endoscopic Cleaning and Disinfection Technical Code of Practice (2004 Edition)”. Results From April 2008 to December 2009, the endoscopic rate after sterilization was 100%. Conclusion The establishment of a management system in line with the actual situation of the hospital and optimization of the digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection process emphasizes the importance of various steps such as cleaning and cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, drying and preservation, monitoring and supervision so that the measures for preventing infection are operable Sexual, controllability, to achieve the hospital digestive endoscopy room to control the optimal management of hospital infection process.
