本文是针对国内外某些港口系泊中发生的事故及出现的问题用不规则波或天然波列进行研究的方法和主要结果。论述了用不规则波进行系泊船舶动态特性研究的必要性;不规则波试验技术及研究手段;概括论述了港内外波浪的传递函数;系泊船舶频率响应特性波浪—船舶运动;波浪—缆力间传递函数;不规则波与规则波作用下系泊船舶动力特性的差异及试验方法的选择;长周期波的特性以及在不同浪向的波浪作用下,系泊船舶动力特性的差异等问题。
This paper is aiming at the methods and the main results of research on irregular wave or natural wave train for accidents and problems in the mooring of some ports at home and abroad. The necessity of research on the dynamic characteristics of moored ships using irregular waves is discussed. The techniques and research methods of irregular wave tests are summarized. The transfer functions of waves inside and outside the harbor are summarized. The frequency response characteristics of moored ships are also discussed. Force transfer function; the difference of dynamic characteristics of moored ships under irregular wave and regular wave and the choice of test methods; the characteristics of long-period wave and the difference of dynamic characteristics of moored ships under different wave directions .
