通过硬度测试,金相组织分析,磨粒磨损试验等方法对四种高铬合金堆焊材料的微观组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,四种堆焊材料的硬度值从高到低依次为:S1>T1>S2>T2。硬质耐磨相的总量、形态、分布等是影响堆焊层耐磨性能的关键因素,其中S1的耐磨性最好,T1、S2耐磨性次之,T2耐磨性相对较差。在一定堆焊条件下,S1与S2的堆焊层厚度比T1、T2高47%,且堆焊效率比T1高40%,比T2高25%。
The microstructure and properties of four high chromium alloy welding materials were studied by means of hardness test, microstructure analysis and abrasive wear test. The results show that the hardness values of the four kinds of surfacing materials from high to low are: S1> T1> S2> T2. The total amount, shape and distribution of hard wearing phase are the key factors that affect the wear resistance of surfacing layer, of which S1 has the best wear resistance, T1 and S2 wear resistance followed by T2 wear resistance relatively poor . Under certain surfacing conditions, the overlay thickness of S1 and S2 is 47% higher than that of T1 and T2, and the surfacing efficiency is 40% higher than T1 and 25% higher than T2.
