本文测定了三个不同海拔地区大鼠红细胞和组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,并观察了五补口服液对高原低氧环境下大鼠体内SOD含量的影响。结果表明,在海拔2260m及5010m地区,大鼠红细胞和组织中SOD含量明显降低,与低海拔对照组比较有显著性和非常显著性差异(p<0.05,P<0.01)。五补口服液能有效地抑制急进高原后大鼠红细胞中SOD含量降低的趋势,且随着海拔的增高,此种效应更为明显;在提高组织中SOD含量上以肾和脑组织的作用为著。从中医证效关系的微观意义上讲,该方的抗氧化作用可能是其“补肾固本”的内在物质基础之一。
The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rat red blood cells and tissues were determined in three different altitude regions, and the effect of Wubu oral liquid on SOD content in rat hypoxia environment was observed.
