我们看到“铸工”58年第8期介绍抚顺重型机器厂“移动式干燥炉使用情况”一文后,根据我厂几年来使用效果来看,确有很多优点,可是在生产中还有缺点,如:燃料消耗量大,温度不高(只240℃),不能完全满足生产上的需要.我们研究了温度低及效率不高的原因后作了改进,效果大有提高,燃料消耗量减少,而且温度可以达到400~450℃,同时风量减少1/2;原来两支风管,现在只要一支风管.现把我厂改进前后的情况介绍如下:
