在细胞毒性试验与动物实验基础上,选用国内试制的磷酸三钙陶瓷(TPC)粉末,植人4名牙周病患者的6个骨缺损内。结果术后24周内,植入部牙周组织无明显炎症与材料排异迹象,牙周袋均变浅,附着水平均增加。X线片示植入缺损内皆有新骨形成,骨吸收阴影面积减少均效为41.69%,牙槽骨高度冠向净增加为根长的30.90%(p<0.05)。TPC具有促进牙周病骨缺损修复的潜能,TPC材料来源充足,使用与保存简便,能重复消毒利用,可作为牙周植骨术的骨材。
On the basis of cytotoxicity test and animal experiment, domestic tricalcium phosphate ceramic (TPC) powder was chosen and implanted into 6 bone defects in 4 patients with periodontal disease. Results Within 24 weeks after operation, there was no obvious inflammation and signs of material in the periodontal tissues. The periodontal pocket became lighter and the attachment level increased. X-ray showed that new bone was formed in the implanted defect. The reduction of sham area was 41.69% and the net crown height of alveolar bone increased by 30.90% (p <0.05). TPC has the potential to promote repair of periodontal bone defects. TPC materials are abundant, easy to use and save, can be repeatedly disinfected and used, and can be used as an aggregate of periodontal bone graft.
