目的探讨精品课程在医学临床教学中的应用价值。方法对在神经科实习的本科生,随机分为两组:常规教学对照组和精品课程实验组。实习结束后,对教学效果进行评价。结果精品课程组学生在理解和掌握学习内容、所学知识联系与应用、提高学习兴趣、增进师生交流方面均有明显提高,理论知识考核成绩明显高于传统教学组。结论精品课程和传统教学结合教学法可用于现代医学教育实践中。“,”Objective To evaluate the application of quality course learning in neurologic internship. Methods The internship students in neurology were divided into two groups, test group and control ones. Quality course and traditional teaching was adopted to the tested group, whereas traditional teaching method was adopted to the control ones. After research, students took the questionnaires (without signing their name) to subjectively evaluate the ef ects of the two methods. Simultaneously, writ en theoretical examination and clinical case analysis were given for objective evaluation. Results The quality course learning pat ern could improve students’ability to understand and master the learning content, enhance the connection and application of knowledge, improve the interest of learning, and promote the exchange of students and teachers. The theoretical examination results were higher in test group. Conclusion Quality course used in the neurological internship has advantages and practical significance, which are applicable in modern medical teaching practice.
