我们在俄产T-500型368kW推土机单齿松土器上安装了一台液压冲击锤。在一些风化石、硬土地方施工时,松土效果非常好,尤其在城市建筑物附近、不宜爆破的地方,更显出其优越性。根据我们安装及使用情况看,220kW以上推土机单齿松土器上均可安装液压冲击锤。安装时,要注意使推土机液压系统的压力和流量满足液压锤的需要。锤与松土器的接合部要想法用胶垫连接,以减少对主机的震动冲击。液压锤两侧要加装防护板,在推土机液压操纵系统中加装操纵转换阀。 在大型推土机上安装液压冲击锤,用钱并不多,安装难度和技术要求也不算太高,而优点是明显的:
