本文介绍了凸轮式ATC装置多头弧面凸轮的结构特点;提出了采用已引进的FLEXIAX510型加工中心铣削这种多头弧面凸轮的加工原理、数控编程方法及框图;最后列举了采用这种加工方法的成功实例。
In this paper, the structural characteristics of the multi-headed cambered cam in the cam ATC device are introduced. The machining principle, NC programming method and block diagram of milling this multi-headed cambered cam using the introduced FLEXIAX510 machining center are presented. Finally, Successful examples.
