目的:在准确理解食品中药物残留的4个液相色谱标准检测方法原理的基础上,对关键点进行质量控制,从而正确使用4个标准方法。方法:详细解析4个方法的样品前处理、标准曲线绘制、样品测定色谱图等实验过程,指出了相应的原理、难点和质量控制关键点。结果:在质量控制基础上,标准曲线相关系数r均>0.999,平均回收率均>70%。结论:分析总结了4个方法的质量控制点,获得了满足标准要求的检测结果,为检测实验室质量控制提供实用性参考。
OBJECTIVE: On the basis of accurate understanding of four standard methods of liquid chromatography for detection of drug residues in food, quality control of key points is carried out, so that four standard methods are correctly used. Methods: The process of sample preparation, standard curve drawing and chromatogram determination of four methods were analyzed in detail, and the corresponding principles, difficulties and key points of quality control were pointed out. Results: On the basis of quality control, the correlation coefficient r of the standard curve was> 0.999, and the average recovery rate was> 70%. Conclusion: The quality control points of the four methods were analyzed and summarized, the test results satisfying the standard requirements were obtained, which provided a practical reference for testing laboratory quality control.
