教师专业化是指教师在教育教学过程中,通过在职学习、专业训练、实践反思、校本研训、参加国(省)培等,不断接受新知识、提高教育教学综合素质和提升专业伦理的专业成长过程。我省2009年秋季开始实施新一轮高中课程改革,这一轮课程改革对教师的专业化发展提出了新的要求。可以说,这一轮课改能否达到预期目标,在很大程度上取决于是否拥有一支综合素质高、教育理念新、教学能力强的专业教师队伍。新课程改革凸显了教师专业化发展的紧迫性,也为教师专业化发展提供了
