根据某V型支撑板翻边件的几何特点,制定了对称双件翻边的成形方案,并利用数值模拟手段对方案进行了评估。发现局部翻边区域由于板料伸长率过大,容易出现破裂现象,同时底部区域因为成形中不均匀拉力的作用发生材料聚集,最后引起受压失稳而起皱,结论得到了试验结果的验证。结合数值模拟,提出了零件工艺性的改善措施,获得了合格的零件。
