本文首先对新时期文艺单位图书馆的管理工作和发展现状进行了简要分析,之后,文章提出了新时期文艺单位图书馆管理工作发展策略,主要包括:优化馆内管理结构,提高管理工作效率;加强人才队伍建设,培养专业化管理人才;不断完善管理制度,加强图书馆管理创新;紧密联系发展实际,促进图书馆整体协调发展。
This article first makes a brief analysis of the management and development status quo of literature and art institute libraries in the new era.
