排除心理障碍 提高教学质量 学生产生心理障碍的原因是多方面的: 1.畏惧心理的起因 学生产生畏惧心理的原因有两个:一是教师方面的;二是学生自身的。有些教师的师德有问题。例如,有的教师对学生不循循善诱,而是动辄批评;有的教师个性固执,学生提不得不同意见;有的教师由于某种原因,对学生有成见。为此,师生之间便逐步变成了猫和鼠的关系。学生方面的主要原因是对教师尊重不够。例如,有的学生对教师缺少理解,误认为教师对他有偏见;有的学生对教师的正确教育看作是对他的岐视,甚至看作是教师同他过不去;有的学生自以为是,对教师的好意相劝产生不必要的误会,总认为是教师在挑他的刺。
